Charles L. Page. has been designing and building homes for more than 30 years. His reputation for professional integrity is well established on the North Shore, where numerous examples of his work can be found throughout the communities of Lake Forest, Winnetka, Lake Bluff, and Northfield.
A loyal student of architecture, Page maintains a look of European authenticity in his homes, reflective of his many study trips throughout France, Italy, Greece and England. These details, hallmarks of the greatest architects in time, attest to his professionalism and thoroughness.
Early in his career, Page realized that to achieve excellence he needed total control of his projects, from the careful and prudent acquisition of sites, through the stages of concept, design, planning, constructions, finishing, and landscaping. Within this framework, Page works with sons Russell and Steven, and daughter Catherine of Page Builders, Inc. executing plans and coordinating the construction of homes.
A tribute to their work, the Women's American Organization for Rehabilitation Through Training (ORT) in 1988 showcased Page's "International Design House X" a 7,400 square foot French Chateau residence in Northfield.
